Foot Support Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Passenger-side front scuff plate (Refer to FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Passenger-side front side trim (Refer to FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Selector lever knob (Refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    4. Shift panel (Refer to SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    5. Console side panel (Refer to CONSOLE SIDE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    6. Front console (Refer to FRONT CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    7. Side wall (Refer to SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    8. Rear console (Refer to REAR CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Partially peel back the floor covering.
  4. Remove the fastener.

  5. Pull the foot support in the direction of the arrow and remove it.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
