Installation [04/2013 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the claw to install the windshield wiper switch assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.
  2. INSTALL TILT AND TELESCOPIC SWITCH (for Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [10/2016 - ]

  3. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER (for Manual Tilt and Manual Telescopic Steering Column) 
    NOTE:

    If the steering column cover (lower) is installed in the incorrect order, the parts may break.

    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the steering column cover (upper).
    2. Engage the 4 clips and 2 claws to connect the instrument cluster finish panel assembly to the steering column cover (upper).
    3. Engage the 3 claws.
    4. Engage the 2 claws.

    5. Engage the 2 claws.

    6. Turn the steering wheel assembly to the left and install the screw.
    7. Turn the steering wheel assembly to the right and install the steering column cover (lower) with the screw.
  4. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER (for Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column) 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the steering column cover (upper).
    2. Engage the 4 clips and 2 claws to connect the instrument cluster finish panel assembly to the steering column cover (upper).
    3. Temporarily install the steering column cover (lower) as shown in the illustration.

    4. Engage the 2 claws.

    5. Engage the 2 claws.

    6. Install the screw.
    7. Turn the steering wheel assembly to the left and install the screw.
    8. Turn the steering wheel assembly to the right and install the steering column cover (lower) with the screw.
  5. CUSTOMIZE POWER TILT AND POWER TELESCOPIC STEERING COLUMN SYSTEM (for Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19 [04/2013 - 06/2014] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19 [06/2014 - 08/2015] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19 [08/2015 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16 [10/2016 - 10/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16 [10/2017 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16 [09/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17 [11/2021 - ]
