Engine Hood Courtesy Switch: Installation

  1. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply MP grease to the sliding areas of the lock.

    2. Connect the hood lock control cable.
    3. Install the hood lock with the 2 bolts and nut

      Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)

    4. Install a new cap.
  2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER PROTECTOR UPPER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER 
    1. Attach the claw to install the cover.
    2. Install the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY  (See ADJUSTMENT )
  6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  7. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL  (See INSTALLATION )
  8. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  10. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
