SYMPTOM CHART

Condition Possible Sources Action
No communication with the lighting control module (LCM)
  • Circuitry.
  • Fuse junction panel fuses:
    • 14 (7.5A)
    • 18 (7.5A)
    • 31 (7.5A)
  • LCM.
REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULE .
No communication with the driver door module (DDM)
  • Circuitry.
  • Fuse junction panel fuse 30 (7.5A).
  • Power distribution box fuse 8 (30A).
  • DDM.
REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULE .
A single door lock is inoperative - decklid does not operate correctly
  • Fuse junction panel fuse 29 (20A).
  • Power distribution box fuse 11 (40A).
  • Circuitry.
  • Decklid solenoid.
  • Switches.
  • Relay.
  • DDM.
  • LCM.
GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
The smart lock does not operate correctly
  • Circuitry.
  • DDM.
GO to PINPOINT TEST B .
All door locks are inoperative - do not operate correctly
  • Fuse junction panel fuse 29 (20A).
  • Power distribution box fuse 11 (40A).
  • Door lock switch(es).
  • Circuitry.
  • DDM.
Door lock motor(s).
GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
A single door lock is inoperative - the door ajar switch does not function correctly
  • Door ajar switch.
  • Circuitry.
GO to PINPOINT TEST D .
The luggage compartment door is inoperative using the keyless entry remote transmitter
  • Decklid release switch.
  • Remote transmitter.
  • DDM.
GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
The doors do not lock/unlock using the remote transmitter
  • Door lock switch(es).
  • Remote transmitter.
  • DDM.
GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
The memory seat does not operate correctly using the remote transmitter
  • DDM.
  • DSM.
GO to PINPOINT TEST G .
The doors do not lock/unlock using the keyless entry keypad
  • Keypad.
  • Circuitry.
  • DDM.
GO to PINPOINT TEST I .
The doors do not lock/unlock using the keyless entry keypad - backlighting inoperative
  • Keypad.
