Removal & Installation

Relieve fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE .
Remove large retaining clamp from fuel pressure regulator using Torx 25. See Fig 1.
Remove small clamp by squeezing clamp with pliers and prying apart with screwdriver. See Fig 1. Clamp can be reused.
Disconnect fuel lines and remove fuel pressure regulator.
To install fuel pressure regulator, reverse removal procedure. Lock small clamp in place with pliers. See Fig 1.
