T-BOX Cover And Case Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
2. Remove multimedia head unit. Refer to MULTIMEDIA HEAD UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Remove T-bbox battery. Refer to T-BOX BATTERY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

4. Remove 3 screws (1).

   Torque: 0.35 Nm

5. Carefully remove the T-box cover and casing (2) from the MHU so that the flat connector is not damaged

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install T-box battery. Refer to T-BOX BATTERY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Install multimedia head unit. Refer to MULTIMEDIA HEAD UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
4. Reconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
