Yaw Rate And Acceleration Sensor: Installation: Installation

INSTALL YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR

1. Connect the yaw rate and acceleration sensor connector.
2. Install the yaw rate and acceleration sensor and bracket with the 2 bolts.

  Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
  NOTE:
  - Do not damage the yaw rate and acceleration sensor.
  - Make sure that the yaw rate and acceleration sensor is installed securely.
INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 1
INSTALL SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 3
INSTALL SEAT TRACK COVER . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 4
INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM
PERFORM YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION
Refer to CALIBRATION
INSPECT YAW RATE SENSOR SIGNAL
Refer to TEST MODE PROCEDURE
