Park Lock Cable: Installation
- Snap park lock cable assembly onto ignition module. Install park lock cable onto control assembly.
- Install park lock cable end terminal onto control assembly by aligning cable fitting to pin and pushing forward. When installing, ensure not to install cable end fitting on an angle or push down on cable portion as this may cause cable to become misadjusted.
- Verify control assembly is in the Park position. Lock adjuster piece into place by pushing in on tab.
- Install shroud fasteners and install steering column upper and lower shroud panels. Install lock cylinder bezel onto steering column shroud.
- Perform operation inspection. See PARK LOCK CABLE OPERATION CHECK
