Information Center Test 3D - Red Brake Warning Light Malfunction

NOTE: Perform INFORMATION CENTER TEST 3A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform, after each repair, VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  .
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting any module connector.

Disconnect parking brake switch connector located on parking brake pedal bracket. Connect jumper wire between chassis ground and switch connector. If brake warning light illuminates, replace parking brake switch. If brake warning light does not illuminate, repair open Gray/Black wire between parking brake switch and junction block.
