Distance Sensor (ICC Sensor) Initial Vertical Alignment: Preparation

- PREPARATION FOR DISTANCE SENSOR (ICC SENSOR) INITIAL VERTICAL ALIGNMENT PROCEDURE
- Verify correct vehicle suspension height. Refer to Wheelarch Height (Unladen*1) .
- Repair or replace any damaged body components.
- Verify proper tire inflation pressures. Refer to Wheels & Tires .
- Remove any accumulations of mud, snow or ice from the vehicle underbody.
- Verify that there is no load in the vehicle (cargo or passenger).
- Place the vehicle on a known level horizontal surface such as a wheel or frame alignment rack to achieve satisfactory sensor vertical alignment results.
- Distance sensor (ICC) sensor initial vertical alignment is performed with the front bumper fascia removed. Refer to Removal and Installation .
