Section 34 (Automatic Air Conditioning): General Description: Notes

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 Mitsubishi Montero. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The heater system uses a two-way-flow full-air-mix system that features high performance and low operating noise. The air conditioning (A/C) system is basically the same as the conventional system, but a new refrigerant system has been adopted as a response to restrictions on the use of chlorofluoro-carbons. However, the A/C control panel has a reduced number of buttons and a more compact arrangement of necessary functions.
