Map Light Inspection

Remove the map light. (See MAP LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Verify that the continuity between the map light terminals is as indicated in the table.

- If not as indicated in the table, inspect the bulb. If there is no malfunction, replace the map light.

Apply battery positive voltage to map light terminal C, and connect terminal F to ground.
Switch the interior light switch to the DOOR position and verify that the map light illuminates.
- If the light does not illuminate, replace the map light.
