Multi-Function Switch - Component Test

  1. Measure the resistance between the multi-function switch terminals.

If the resistances are as specified, the multi-function switch is OK. Return the multi-function switch to the vehicle. Test the system for normal operation.

If the resistances are not as specified, replace the multi-function switch. See MULTI-FUNCTION SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  . Test the system for normal operation.
