Test B: Unable To Enter Self-Test

Connect New Generation Star (NGS) tester to Data Link Connector (DLC). Using NGS tester, perform speed control servo self-test. If NGS tester communicates with speed control servo, replace speed control servo. If NGS tester does not communicate with speed control servo, perform TEST A: NO COMMUNICATION WITH SPEED CONTROL SERVO  .
