Trouble Shooting

Verify customer complaint by operating power or memory seat. Check for blown fuses, loose or corroded connectors, damaged wiring, damaged motors, faulty switches, damaged seat track and damaged driver's seat module (Navigator with memory seat). If damage is found, repair as necessary and retest system. If cause of fault is not evident and vehicles does not have memory seats, repair by symptom. See SYMPTOM INDEX  under SYSTEM TESTS.
