Rear Sunshade Assembly: Installation

HINT:

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (see SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS )

1. INSTALL REAR SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY 
   1. Temporarily install the rear sunshade assembly with the bolt labeled A.
   2. Install the 4 bolts and tighten the bolt labeled A.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY 
   1. Attach the 5 claws and 3 clips to install the panel.
3. INSTALL STEREO COMPONENT SPEAKER ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
4. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 AIR DUCT (w/ Rear Cooler)  (See INSTALLATION )
5. INSTALL REAR NO. 5 AIR DUCT (w/ Rear Cooler)  (See INSTALLATION )
6. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SIDE AIR DUCT LH (w/ Rear Cooler)  (See INSTALLATION )
7. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SIDE AIR DUCT RH (w/ Rear Cooler)  (See INSTALLATION )

8. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY 
   1. w/ Rear Cooler

      Connect the solar sensor connector

   2. for Fixed Seat Type, for Power Seat.

      Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the panel

   3. for Ottoman

      Pass the 2 rear seat belt floor anchors through the panel

   4. Insert the rear part of the panel into the rear sunshade
   5. Attach the 2 clips and install the package tray trim panel

   6. for Fixed Seat Type, for Power Seat Attach the 4 claws to install the 3 belt guides
   7. for Ottoman Seat

      Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 belt guides

9. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH LH  (See INSTALLATION )
10. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH  (See INSTALLATION )
11. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH  (See INSTALLATION )

16. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat) 
    1. Install the rear seat (see INSTALLATION )
17. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman) 
    1. Install the rear seat (see INSTALLATION )
18. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (see INITIALIZATION ).
19. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
20. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
21. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT 
    1. Check the SRS warning light (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM )
