Navigation Ecu: Removal

  1. EJECT MAP DISC 
    1. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (ACC).
    3. Push the "MENU" button.
    4. Touch "Map DVD" on the navigation screen.
    5. Touch "EJECT DVD" on the navigation screen to eject the map disc.
    6. Turn the engine switch off.
  2. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  3. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH  (See REMOVAL )
  6. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  7. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  8. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET  (See REMOVAL )
  9. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET  (See REMOVAL )
  10. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips.

    2. Remove the multi-display assembly.
  11. REMOVE NAVIGATION ECU 
    1. Disconnect each connector.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Remove the 2 screws.

    4. Remove the navigation ECU as shown in the illustration.
