Inspection Procedure

NOTE: When the seat belt control ECU is replaced with a new one, Active Test must be performed (see FAIL-SAFE CHART  ).
  1. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Delete the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR  ).
    2. Check for DTC.

      Result: 

      RESULT REFERENCE

      Result Proceed to
      DTC does not reoccur A
      Dynamic radar cruise control system DTC (P1617) reoccurs B
      Pre-collision system DTC (B2065) reoccurs C

    B:  GO TO DYNAMIC RADAR CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM

    C: REPLACE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU 

    A: END
