Skid Control Ecu ASSY: Replacement

REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH LOWER PANEL RH (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH LOWER LH (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSY
1. Remove the bolt and 2 nuts and move the instrument panel junction block assy aside.
REMOVE SKID CONTROL ECU ASSY
1. Disconnect the 4 skid control ECU connectors.
2. Remove the 2 nuts and control ECU assy.
3. Disconnect the skid control buzzer connector, and remove the skid control buzzer assy from the skid control ECU assy.
INSTALL SKID CONTROL ECU ASSY
1. Install the skid control buzzer on the skid control ECU and connect the skid control buzzer connector.

2. Install the skid control ECU assy with 2 nuts.
  1. Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in..lbf)
3. Connect the 4 skid control ECU connectors.

INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSY
1. Install the instrument panel junction block assy with the bolt and 2 nuts.
  1. Torque: 8.4 N.m (86 kgf.cm, 74 in..lbf)
INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER LH
INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH LOWER PANEL RH
INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE
INSTALL INSTRUMENT DOWN SIDE TRIM BOARD LH
INSTALL FRONT FLOOR FOOTREST
INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
CHECK VSC SENSOR SIGNAL (See ABS WITH EBD & BA & TRAC & VSC SYSTEM - DIAGNOSIS )
