Pinpoint Test C: Body Control Module (BCM) Diagnostic Trouble Code Checks
- C1: CHECK DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES B1380-16, B1380-17 OR B1380-49 NOTE: For additional information on the BCM DTC s, refer the to the BCM DTC table in this procedure.
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) approved diagnostic equipment, check the BCM
for related DTC
(LIN
or heated steering wheel DTC
).
Are the following DTC B1380-16, B1380-17 or B1380-49 set in the body control module (BCM)?
Yes: GO to Pinpoint Test D.
No: GO to C2.
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) approved diagnostic equipment, check the BCM
for related DTC

).

Are the following DTC B1380-87 or B13BD-87 set in the body control module (BCM)?
Yes: GO to Pinpoint Test E.
No: GO to Pinpoint Test D.
