Prioritized Checks to Perform
- Check the operation of the cruise control switches. Free any stuck switches or install a new steering wheel switchpack as necessary
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the body control module for steering wheel switchpack related Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and refer to the relevant DTC index
- Install a new steering wheel switchpack
