DTC P0480-71 Fan 1 Control Circuit - Actuator stuck: Action

- Prioritized Checks to Perform
- Check the engine cooling fan for obstructions. Rectify as necessary
- Check the engine cooling fan cowl for damage. Rectify as necessary
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the engine cooling fan circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Check the electrical connectors for evidence of water ingress. Check the terminals for damage and corrosion. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Install a new engine cooling fan
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run application - ECU Diagnostics/Powertrain Control Module (PCM)/Clear Diagnostic Trouble Code(s). Retest
