Power Circuit Inspection
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Ignition "OFF".
- Disconnect the battery (-) terminal cable from the battery, and wait at least one minutes.
- Disconnect the Passenger side Body sensor ECU connector.
- Connect the battery (-) terminal cable and start engine.
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 3 (ON/START Input) terminal of the Passenger side Body sensor ECU harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: B+
- Is the measured voltage within specifications?
YES
- Go to "Ground Circuit Inspection " procedure.
- Check for open/short in harness.
NO
- Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
