Power Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF"
  2. Refer to "PAS SENSOR CONNECTOR REMOVAL " and disconnect Front & Rear PAS Sensor connector.
  3. Ignition "ON"
  4. Measure voltage between Pin No. 6 (Power) terminal of each Front & Rear PAS sensor harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  Approx. 12 V

  5. Is measured value within specification?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Repair open or short in power circuit between concerned Front & Rear PAS Sensor and Battery and then go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
