Diagnostic Can C (-) Circuit Open: Notes

When Monitored:
When the scan tool queries the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM).
Set Condition:
The scan tool has detected an open condition on the (D71) Diagnostic CAN C (-) circuit.
