Navigation cannot control XM radio

NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first.
- Make sure that the correct DVD color and version are installed.
- Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
- Go into the System Diagnostic Mode, and select the Self-diagnosis Mode in the Select Diagnosis Items menu (see System Diagnostic Mode ).
- Check the system links.
Is the XM icon red?
YES - Go to Voice guidance cannot be heard, is broken up, or there is static ).
NO - Go to step 3.
- Substitute a known-good audio-navigation unit (see NAVIGATION UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
).
Can the navigation system control XM radio?
YES -Replace the origional audio-navigation unit (see NAVIGATION UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
NO -Replace the XM receiver (see XM RECEIVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
