DTC 2607: XM Diag

NOTE:
  • Check the vehicle battery condition first (see BATTERY TEST ).
  • This navigation DTC sets when a problem (open or short) is detected in the GA-Net BUS.
  • Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
  • Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION  ).
  1. Clear the hard error code (see HOW TO CLEAR ERROR HISTORY  ).
  2. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0) and then back to ON (II).
  3. Go into the System Diagnostic Mode, and select the Self-Diagnosis Mode (see SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC MODE  ).
  4. Check the System Links (see SYSTEM LINKS  ).

    Is the XM icon red? 

    YES  -Go to XM radio display is blank and no station information is displayed troubleshooting (see XM RADIO DISPLAY IS BLANK AND NO STATION INFORMATION IS DISPLAYED (WITH NAVIGATION) ).

    NO  -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
