Installation Procedure

    Engine Radiator (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Radiator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Radiator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Inlet Hose (1) - Install

  5. Retainer (2) - Engage

    Radiator Air Side Baffle- Right Side (1) - Install

  7. Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (2) @ Radiator Air Side Baffle (1) - Install

    { If equipped } Hood Primary Latch Release Cable Clip (2) @ Radiator Air Side Baffle (1) - Engage

    Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Engine Radiator - Install

  10. Retainer (1) - Engage

    Radiator Air Side Baffle- Left Side (1) - Install

  12. Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (2) @ Radiator Air Side Baffle (1) - Install

    Front Bumper Shutter (2) - Install

  14. Connect the electrical connector.
  15. Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Hood Front Bumper Bracket Support- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]

  17. Front Bumper Shutter Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (2) - Install

  19. Radiator Air Upper Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [4x]

    Drive Motor Battery Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @ Engine Radiator - Install

  21. Push connector (1) onto the engine radiator to engage internal retainers.

    Radiator Upper Support (2) - Install

  23. Radiator Support Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Control Module Bracket- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]

  25. Drive Motor Battery Control Module Bracket Nut- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications 
  26. Connect and position the wiring harness.

    Underbody Splash Shield (3) - Install

  28. Connect the electrical connector.
  29. Underbody Splash Shield Bolt- Lower (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  30. Underbody Splash Shield Bolt- Upper (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
  31. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation

  33. Inspect for coolant leaks.
