Main Track Assembly: Installation

- Carefully insert main track assembly drive cable mechanism through the frame assembly.
- Make sure the cable does not hang from the A-frame and that the drive cable is inside the drive tube joint.
- Check return tubes are clipped to the A-frame.
- Install the new main track assembly.
- Tighten the main track assembly screws.
Torque
: 6 Nm
- Install the roof opening panel glass motor bolts.
Torque
: 3.5 Nm
- Connect the roof opening panel glass motor electrical connector.
- Operate the switch from overhead console and move the roof opening panel shield mechanism to open position.
- Install the roof opening panel shield. Refer to: Roof Opening Panel Shield .
- Install the screws and the cross bar.
Torque
: 6 Nm
- Install the roof opening panel glass. Refer to: Roof Opening Panel Glass .
- Check for flushness and glass contact to the front trim panel seal. Refer to: Roof Opening Panel Alignment .
- Install the headliner. Refer to: Headliner - Lowering .
- Perform the roof opening panel initialization. Refer to: Power Roof Opening Panel Initialization .
