Set Condition
Pulses counted from sensors 1 and 2 are not within an acceptable range of each other when motor is commanded to engage/disengage.
EVCU does not detect any pulses from Quadrature Sensor 1 and Quadrature Sensor 2.
EVCU detects pulses from Quadrature Sensor 1 and Quadrature Sensor 2 when the motor is not running.
