Installation - Front

  1. Install the brake caliper adapter to the steering knuckle. Tighten to 170 N.m (125 ft. lbs.).
  2. Install the disc brake shoes (Refer to BRAKES/HYDRAULIC/MECHANICAL/BRAKE PADS/SHOES - INSTALLATION) .
    NOTE: Do not install the brake hose twisted and ensure freedom of movement.
  3. Install the disc brake caliper. Tighten the bolt to 14 N.m (124 in. lbs.) (Refer to BRAKES/HYDRAULIC/MECHANICAL/DISC BRAKE CALIPERS - INSTALLATION) .
  4. Install the front wheels (Refer to TIRES/WHEELS/WHEELS - INSTALLATION) .
  5. Lower the vehicle.
