Volume Airflow Sensor
Volume airflow sensor is located on air intake duct. See Fig 1 . Volume airflow sensor measures amount of intake air, then sends a frequency signal to Engine Control Module/Powertrain Control Module (ECM/PCM). ECM/PCM uses this input along with information from other sensors to adjust air/fuel mixture.
