Windshield Wiper Test 2F - Wipers Not Working At All

NOTE: Perform WINDSHIELD WIPER TEST 2D  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform, after each repair, TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  .
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
  1. Remove and inspect fuse No. 15 (10-amp) in junction block. See Figure in CHIME TEST 3A. If fuse is open, go to WINDSHIELD WIPER TEST 2G  . If fuse is okay, go to next step.
  2. Using external voltmeter, measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 28 (Black/White wire) on fuse No. 15 socket. See Figure in CHIME TEST 3A. If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open in Black/White wire between ignition switch and junction block. If voltage is more than 10 volts, repair open in Dark Blue/Gray wire between junction block and intermittent wiper relay.
