Installation Procedure

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe (4) @ Transmission - Connect - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection 

  2. Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Bracket (3) - Install
  3. Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Clip (1) - Clip
  4. Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Bolt (2) - Install Fastener Specifications

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Seal (3) - Install NEW

  6. Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe (2) - Install
  7. Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  8. Raise the transmission.

    Transmission Mount (2) - Install

    10. CAUTION:

    The stated fastener removal or installation sequence must be followed to avoid damage to the components of the mount assembly.

  10. Transmission Mount Transmission Side Bolt (1) - Install and tighten in sequence [4x] - Fastener Specifications and BOLT TIGHTENING SEQUENCE

    Transmission Mount Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Transmission Mount Brace (2) - Install

  13. Transmission Mount Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  14. Remove the transmission jack.

    Battery Tray (2) - Install

  16. Install the retainers.
  17. Battery Tray Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Battery Cover (1) - Install

    Battery (1) - Install

    Battery Hold Down Retainer (2) - Install

  21. Battery Hold Down Retainer Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Battery Hold Down Retainer (3) - Install

  23. Install the electrical connector (2).
  24. Battery Hold Down Retainer Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Engine Control Module Bracket (2) - Install

  26. Battery Hold Down Retainer Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the wiring harness retainers as necessary.

  28. Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Clip (1, 2) - Install

    Engine Control Module (2) - Install

  30. Connect the electrical connectors. (1)

    Connect the electrical connector.

  32. Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block (5) - Install
  33. Install wiring harness terminals.
  34. Battery Negative Post Clamp Nut (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  35. Battery Positive Cable Junction Block Nut (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  36. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Power Distributor Fuse Block Cover (1) - Install

  38. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  39. Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
  40. Remove the drain pan.
  41. Install underbody panels as necessary. Underbody Panel Component Locator
