Installation Procedure

    Engine Oil Cooler Seal (1) - Install NEW [2x]

    Engine Oil Cooler (2) - Install

    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Engine Oil Cooler Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications

    Engine Oil Cooler Coolant Inlet Hose (1) @ Engine Oil Cooler - Install

  5. Hose Clamp (2) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

    Water Pump Inlet Hose (3) @ Engine Oil Cooler - Install

  7. Hose Clamp (4) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  8. Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @ Water Pump Module - Install
  9. Hose Clamp (2) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

    Radiator Outlet Hose Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  11. Install underbody panels as necessary. Underbody Panel Component Locator
  12. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
