Installation Procedure

    Connect the wiring harness retainers.

  2. Connect the electrical connectors.
  3. Front Headlamp (2) - Install
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Shutter (2) - Install

  6. Connect the wiring harness retainers.
  7. Connect the electrical connectors.
  8. Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [11x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connector.

  10. Front Grille (3) - Install

    Front Grille Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Outer Filler- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]

  13. Front Bumper Outer Filler Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

    Front Bumper Fascia Retainer- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]

  15. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Wheel Opening Molding- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]

  17. Front Wheel Opening Molding Retainer- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [10x]

    NOTE:

    Left side shown, right side similar.

    Front Wheelhouse Liner- Left Side and Right Side (3) - Install [2x]

  19. Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]
  20. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [14x] - Fastener Specifications
  21. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
  22. Using a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water with a clean towel, remove any left over adhesive residue from the masking tape

    Intake Air Baffle (2) - Install

  24. Intake Air Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [9x]

    Hood Secondary Latch Release Handle (1) - Install

  26. Hood Latch Actuator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  27. After installation, aim the front headlamps. Front Headlamp Aiming
