Installation Procedure

    Windshield Wiper System Module (4) - Install

  2. Electrical Connector (3) - Connect
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Windshield Wiper System Module Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications 
  4. Windshield Wiper System Module Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Windshield Wiper System Module Shield (1) - Install

    Install air inlet grille panel (2) in plane of windshield wiper transmission pivot shafts.

  7. Ensure all air inlet grille panel retaining clips are fully seated and verify there is no gap between the panel and windshield.
  8. Windshield Washer Nozzle Hose - Install
  9. Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer (1) - Install [4x]

    NOTE:

    Position the windshield wiper arms (3) on the windshield wiper transmission pivot shafts.

  11. Windshield Wiper Arm Nut (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications 
  12. Windshield Wiper Arm Finish Cap (1) - Install [3x]

    If required, realign the windshield wipers to their respective alignment circles (1) on the windshield.

  14. Lubricate the windshield with clean washer fluid.
  15. Run the windshield wipers for two complete cycles then turn off the windshield wipers.
  16. Ensure the windshield wipers are in the full park position.

    Front Fender Ornamentation Vent- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]

  18. Front Fender Ornamentation Vent Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Compartment Side Sight Shield- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]

    Turn the 6 front compartment sight shield retainers (1) a quarter turn clockwise to install the shield on both sides.
