Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling 
  2. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a)

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe(1)@Radiator Assembly - Remove - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (2HO)

  11. Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.
  12. Disconnect the engine coolant fan connector.

    Radiator Upper Bracket (2) - Remove - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (2H0) Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LUV) Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LE2) [2x]

    Radiator Assembly(1) - Remove

  15. GM4122323

    Radiator Bolt(1)[2x] - Remove

  16. Engine Coolant Fan Shroud(2) - Remove
  17. Radiator(3) - Remove
  18. GM4122648

    Radiator Upper Insulator(1) - Remove[2x]

  19. Air Conditioning Condenser Seal(2) - Remove[2x]
  20. Radiator Outlet Hose Connector(3) - Remove - Radiator Outlet Hose Connector Replacement - Radiator Side (LUV, LE2) 
  21. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer(4) - Remove
  22. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor(5) - Remove
  23. Lower Radiator Frame (6) - Remove
