Reverse Lockout Solenoid Test

  1. Remove the reverse lockout solenoid (see REVERSE LOCKOUT SOLENOID DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY  ).
  2. Connect the battery positive terminal to the reverse lockout solenoid 2P connector terminal No. 2, and connect the battery negative terminal to the terminal No. 1.

  3. Check that the reverse lockout solenoid works.
  4. If the reverse lockout solenoid does not work, replace it.
