Ignition Switch Key Light & Buzzer Circuit Test

- Check continuity between Green 2-pin SCS service connector terminal No. 1 (Black wire) and ground. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Black wire and/or bad ground connection.
- If either the ignition switch key light flashes or buzzer sounds indicating a DTC improperly, check continuity in Pink/Black wire communication line. Check between Green 2-pin SCS service connector terminal No. 2 (Pink/Black wire) and driver's multiplex control unit 14-pin connector terminal A10 and passenger's multiplex control unit Gray 22-pin connector terminal B22. - If continuity does not exist, repair open in Pink/Black wire and retest system. If wires are okay and any multiplex control units appear faulty, replace faulty multiplex control unit with a known good unit and retest system.
