Intake Manifold: Installation

Clean gasket surfaces. Install intake manifold, using new intake manifold gasket. Tighten nuts to specification, using a crisscross pattern in 2-3 stages, beginning with inner nuts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of article. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Refill and bleed air from cooling system. See BLEEDING COOLING SYSTEM  .
