Gear Selector Module (GSM) (4/227) [2021-2022, TG-81SC; TG-81SC AWD | 2018-2020, B4204T23; B4204T27, TG-81SC; TG-81SC AWD]: Description

The Gear Selector Module (GSM) is used to select gear position with the gear selector and enables manual shifting in Geartronic mode for the gear selector and the steering wheel paddles. The Gear Selector Module (GSM) also actuates the shift-lock functions and illuminates the gear selector.

The gear selector assembly has an mechanical linkage to the transmission.
