Steering Column [2019-2022]: Removal

NOTE:

Disassemble battery disconnection and connection. Refer to: [BATTERY DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING]

Remove steering wheel. Refer to: [STEERING WHEEL]

Remove panel steering column. Refer to: [PANEL STEERING COLUMN]

Remove instrument panel lower. Refer to: [INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER]

Remove the screws.

Use hands only.

Disconnect the connectors.

Remove the screw.

Torque: steering column to steering gear (steering shaft joint), 24Nm

Torque: M8, 24Nm

CAUTION:

Make sure that the sharp edge does not damage the surrounding component.

Remove the marked part.
