Loosen the screws.

Remove the marked part.

Disconnect the connector.

Detach the following items: 

1. Loosen the clip.
2. Depress the locking device.
3. Remove the hose.

Remove the screw.

Fold marked part aside.

Torque:  M5, 5Nm

Disconnect the connector.

Remove the screws.

Fold marked part aside.

Torque:  M6, 10Nm

Remove the screw.

Remove the part carefully

Torque:  Manifold absolute pressure MAP sensor, 3.5Nm

Remove the screws.

Torque:  EVAP valve bracket, to Inlet manifold, 5Nm

Special Tool: 951 2943 L-hook  

Detach the following items: 

1. Loosen the clip.
2. Undo the hose from the connection.

Remove the screws.

Torque:  M7, 17Nm

TRANSFERRING COMPONENTS

Remove the screws.

Torque:  M5, 5Nm

Remove the screws.

Torque:  Engine cover bracket, to Intake manifold, 6Nm

INSTALLATION 

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
