Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

NOTE:

Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the screws.

On both sides.

Remove the marked part.

WHEN NECESSARY, CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION 

NOTE:

The following steps are only necessary when installing a new component.

NOTE:

Do not fully tighten the bolts.

NOTE:

Make sure that the component is centered.

Install the screws.

On both sides.

Tighten the bolts.

  1. Torque:  Front shock absorber bearing, to Body, 24Nm
  2. Torque:  Strut and spring assembly bar to spring strut turret, 30Nm

On both sides.

INSTALLATION 

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
