Park Brake Module (PBM)

The Park Brake Module (PBM) sends out signals about the vehicle's longitudinal acceleration. If the angle ahead exceeds 14% the Engine Control Module (ECM) blocks the auto stop function so that the vehicle will not start rolling forward.
