Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SWM-0012 is stored if the micro processor or steering wheel module registers that the Seek+ and Seek- buttons on the audio / carphone control switch are activated at the same time.

None.

Possible Source 

• The Seek- and Seek+ buttons on the audio / carphone function are activated at the same time.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The steering wheel radio controls do not function
• The steering wheel carphone controls do not function.
