The rear audio separation module (RAS) is enclosed in a ribbed aluminum casing with installation holes.

The task of the Rear audio separation module (RAS) is to distribute audio from various audio sources to the vehicle's rear loudspeakers.

The Rear audio separation module (RAS) is supplied with power from the Rear seat entertainment module (RSE).

To check whether the rear audio separation module (RAS) is powered and grounded, switch on the ignition and then switch on the rear seat entertainment system.

You must then use the remote control to activate the sound to the rear speakers.

When the function is activated, there is an audible click from an internal relay in the rear audio separation module (RAS).
