Signal Specification, Rear Seat Entertainment Module (RSE), Generation 4.2

U= DC voltage in volts (V) UAC = AC voltage in volts (V)
Ubat = Battery voltage (V) f = Frequency in Hertz (Hz)
Ulow = Voltage approximately 0 V t = Time in seconds
PWM = Pulse width modulated signal as a %    

Damaged rear seat entertainment module (RSE).

#E2 Wake-up signal approximately 11-11.5 V To left screen terminal #3. Upon start-up of the system and when there are communication faults with the screen, the voltages switches between 0 V and 11-11.5 V, 3 times.
#E3 CAN signal (+) U= 2.5-2.8 V Internal CAN network between control module and display screens. Left display screen terminal #4.
#E4 CAN signal (-) U= 2.5-2.8 V Internal CAN network between control module and display screens. Left display screen terminal #5.
#E5 IR control signal for system (in) U=approx. 4 V when no IR signal received From left screen terminal #12. Lowers upon signal receipt.
#E6 Ground terminal U=Ulow For audio signal to left display screen #11.
#E7 Audio signal (out) Analog signal To left display screen terminal #9. Left audio channel.
