Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information AUD-0013

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) AUD-0013 is stored if the audio module (AUD) registers that the signal to the buttons for headset output 2 is too low.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) AUD-0013 can be diagnosed when the ignition is on.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable between headset output 2 and the control module
• Short-circuit between the signal cables to headset output 2
• Short-circuit in the headset panel (defective headset panel).

Fault symptom[s] 

• The buttons for the headset output are not working.
